Seana Bhraigh is a traditional stone built house on the south facing front street of Ullapool with spectacular views over Loch Broom and surrounding hills. A 2 minute walk will take you to the harbour and all the village amenities. The property sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.  There is off road parking at the front of the property and a garden to the rear with a shed for bicycles, there is easy access to the shingle beach for kayaks/canoes etc.

THE PROPERTY:

GROUND FLOOR

LOUNGE  there is a very comfortable lounge seating 6 with TV, DVD and CD players and a selection of games and books. Wood burning stove for those cosy nights in. There are stunning views over Loch Broom from the two windows.

KITCHEN/DINER:  the kitchen is at the rear of the property overlooking the back garden.  It  is well equipped and has a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of storage cupboards.  There is a dining table in the kitchen.

UTILITY: with back door to the garden, the utility is off the kitchen with oil fired combi-boiler, washing machine, dryer and separate WC.

FIRST FLOOR:

BEDROOMS:  the property sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms – 1 twin room and 2 double rooms, 2 of the bedrooms look out over Loch Broom and 1 bedroom looks over the back garden and out to the Summer Isles and Ben Mor Coigach.

BATHROOMS:   there are 2 bathrooms – 1 family bathroom with shower over the bath  and 1ensuite shower room.

HEATING & HOT WATER: the property has underfloor heating downstairs and in the 2 bathrooms upstairs, there are radiators in the bedrooms, the heating and hot water are supplied by an oil fired combi-boiler.  All electricity, heating, gas, bed linen and towels are included in the cost of the let. Wi Fi available.

GARDEN:  the garden is terraced, with a patio area, lawn, rockery and pic-nic table.   There is access to the garden along the shared walkway along the side of the house from the front street. There is a lockable shed suitable for 3/4 bikes.

PARKING: there is off road parking for 2 cars at the front of the property.

BOOKINGS: Friday to Friday.  No Smoking property and sorry no pets.
PRICE:  FROM £480 TO £655 per week.
